Purpose of data processing
The information collected on the various online forms of the BIO-PLATEAUX website is processed in specific files by the International Office for Water (OiEau) for:
- sending newsletters,
- creating a personal space,
- manage registrations to webconferences,
- publish a thematic directory of stakeholders,
- follow-up statistics related to website visits,
- answering to information requests.
The legal basis in French law for all these treatments is consent (article 5, Laws « Informatique et Libertés » of 6th January 1978).
The data processed are those filled by the visitor wishing to benefit from one of BIO-PLATEAUX contents. These data can be:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
Recipient of data
The personal data collected is communicated to the animation team of the BIO-PLATEAUX platform. Occasionally, certain data (last name, first name, email address) might be transferred to members of BIO-PLATEAUX steering committee, especially for specific requests. The publication of personal data on the BIO-PLATEAUX site is subject to the prior consent of the person concerned.
Duration of data retention
OiEau commits to respect the duration indicated on each collect form for retention of data.
Your rights related to personal data
In accordance with the regulations in force in France, you have the rights of opposition, access, portability, rectification or suppression of data related to you. About cookies and visit statistics
In order to adapts its contents to user needs, BIO-PLATEAUX measure the number of views (pages), the number of visits, as well as the activity of visitors to bio-plateaux.org and their return frequency, thanks to Google Analytics and Matomo solutions.
